What a success - Bavaria's two new power boats are both nominated for the "European Power Boat of the Year 2010" Award. The Sport 28, the smallest model in the Sport Series, is aspirant for the title in the category of power boats up to 30 foot and could repeat the triumph of the Bavaria 30 Sport HT which won this prize in 2009. The new flagship, the Bavaria Deep Blue 46, is among the finalists in the category for yachts up to 50 foot. Not to forget (see news dated 16th of July) the Cruiser 32, that has been nominated finalist for the award in its category of sailing yachts a while ago. Winners will be proclaimed at the boat show "boot" in Düsseldorf in January 2010. 

From 24th of October to the 1st of November the boatshow "Hanseboot" in Hamburg/Germany will be open for its 50th edition. You will find Bavaria Yachts in Hall A 1, Stand 331. Lothar Kloss (Tel: 0034 678 706 468) will be in Hamburg as the representative of Bavaria Spain. The following yachts will be exhibited in Hamburg: Bavaria Cruiser 32 (brand new; nominated for the "European Yacht of the Year Award"), Bavaria 35 Cruiser (the smallest with three cabins), Bavaria 38 Cruiser, Bavaria 43 Cruiser and the new Cruiser 55 (Farr Yacht Design/BMW Group Designworks USA).

The new Bavaria 45 Cruiser will be the third model - after the 55 Cruiser and the 32 Cruiser - that is designed and constructed in cooperation with Farr Yachtdesign and BMW Group DesignworksUSA. Like the 55 Cruiser, this new 45 footer features twin steering wheel, totally independant twin rudders, a large cockpit, lots of storage space etc. In the interior the yacht shows the new, attractive design and innovative detail solutions. 

Bavaria will start with a four-cabin-version with four double cabins, two in front and two aft. The bow cabins can easily be united to make one big owner's cabin with head and separate shower. The official presentation is scheduled for January during the international boat show "boot" in Düsseldorf/Germany. The yacht can already be ordered for the season 2010.

The Bavaria 32 Cruiser, is considered one of the most interesting and promising new sailing yachts of its class and has been nominated for the "European Yacht of the Year Award 2009/10". 

This prestigious award is granted by Europe's leading nautical magazines, such as the English "Yachting World", Spanish "Yate" or German "Yacht". All finalists will undergo a close check-up and extensive sea-trial by the jury in the course of this year. The winners will be proclaimed in January 2010 during the boatshow "boot" en Düsseldorf/Germany.
